I have diabetes as well as my red red blood sugarine often drops next 70. I know which sweetened dishes similar to soda, candy, cake, etc., can assistance in which puncture but, what have been the little good, full of health dishes which I keep upon the unchanging basement to keep my red red blood sugarine levels from removing the low in the initial place?

Fruit. Grapes maybe. I keep that or something small.
Fruit juice or glucose tablets work well.
When blood sugar is low, only high-glycemic, quick-acting carbs should be used as they will raise blood sugar quickly, and that’s what you want when you’re low. If you are concerned about ‘healthiness’, then stick to fruit juice for treating lows. Cake should not be used as the fat in it will delay the absorption of the sugars.
The bigger question is, why is your blood sugar going low in the first place? Are you taking too much insulin? Not eating enough to cover the insulin? If so, prevent the low by adjusting the insulin or eating a little more.
