Fish, Beans.
100% White Meattt.
Veggiess Hecka Fruitttt.
anything whole grain instead of white breads, fruits & veggies, low cal snacks, beans, meat for protein to build muscle, and drinks lots & lots of agua!
Breakfast: yogurt (fruit or plain) with granola or plain oats
protein is always good (don’t eat eggs more than 4 times a week- too much fat an oils)
Vitamins- try to balance amounts of vitamins and minerals in diet (Vitamin C-orange juice)
Carbohydrates- too much of anything is bad; gives you enrgy to begin day
Lunch: proteins, calcium, water, carbs, potassium (important for runners)
Snack- energy bar (energy drinks bad)
nuts, fruit, veggies with low-fat dip, etc.
Dinner- something light, not too fatty
meditteranean food, Korean food, different ethnic foods sometimes incorporate more “healthy stuff” than other foods
how about fresh fruit??just like apple
