Along with pretty much any veggie, low/no salt, raw or dry roasted nuts are one of the best things you can feed your body. Your body actually needs quite a bit of healthy, natural fat intake daily to be lean and metabolize nutrients properly. What your body doesn’t need is to many sugars or net-carbs, because that is what causes virtually every health-related chronic condition, including obesity.
Yes, that’s right, dietary, natural fat intake (even saturated) isn’t what makes you fat or unhealthy…to many sugars and net-carbs, along with gluttonous eating habits do that all by themselves.
Salads are great because there are so many different ingredients you can use
