HOW MUCH WEIGHT CAN I LOSE BY JUNE 23RD IF I STARTED EATING HEALTHY AND EXERCISING TODAY?

Ok so i ate today
bowl of cheerios
yogurt as well as salad for lunch
plain noodle soup for dinner

and ran 3 miles (9 laps around lane field)

if i keep eating healthy(I do not meant the same food i ate currently though something similar) as well as practice we estimate how most will i remove by the 23rd?

Also can we yield me links to great dieting/healthy dish tips can help

You will lose, maybe 5 pounds? And then 5 in the next 2 months.

If you keep with healthy eating you will achieve your goal by fall.

That’s 2 weeks, and if you do it healthily, you should lose upto 4-6 pounds.
To lose a pound, you need to burn 3500 calories, so that’s basically running 25 miles! Just cut down on 500 calories a day and excersise more.
