Do cardio exercises like running cycling or swimming…nothing works better than these exercises if you want a complete body workout.
Try not to eat junk food, it’s gonna to destroy your health and fitness.
But 6 stones for 5 feet 2 inches is a little underweight…so just do cardio exercises to stay healthy.
