You should try greek yogurt with strawberries or peaches or pineapple mixed in. It is so delicious. Also if you shop organic, it tends to be healthier. A treat I really like is kettle corn. It is very good and also healthy. I see that you eat a lot of food with carbohydrates, like bread and stuff like that. This adds to the belly fat so if you can cut down that would also be good for you. You could try making fruit smoothies. There are many recipes online for delicious ones :)
Also dark chocolate is soo good and you can make alot of desserts with it like chocolat chip cookies and cake. Broiled mango is also something that tastes like dessert but its fruit. Scrambled eggs are good for you, so keep on eating those. you could also try different styles with eggs like adding onion or tomato maybe some pepper. Another alternative for healthier milk is almond milk, it is really good and less fatty than regular cow milk. I like it way better than soy milk too. I hope I helped.

I used to be just like you! i wanted to eat healthier. and i wanted to lose some fat, and i was soooo picky! But what i did was i created a calender journal so i could monitor what i ate. i started to try a new healthy food every month. like on the first day i would eat half a strawberry, then on the second i would eat a full strawbery and so on. then at the end of the month i loved strawberries. it may take a while but eventually you will not be as picky. also try wheat bread and little butter on it for a good and healthy snack

if you’re looking for healthy food that will replace these items in terms of taste… that will be difficult. but let’s see what we can figure out.

it sounds like you eat a lot of starch and dairy. if you eat more fruits and vegetables and whole grains some of those starchy cravings will be reduced. (i still love my starches, but a gluten intolerance now prevents me from enjoying a lot of it).

instead of the french toast sticks, make your own french toast. i find if i have to go to the trouble of making these fatty foods myself instead of heating up instant versions, i am far less likely to eat them.

instead of sausage, eat 2 pieces of canadian bacon. far lower in fat and calories.

instead of eating so much cheese, try yogurt once in a while.

a delicious fruit/veg is avocado. as long as it’s ripe (and not over-ripe) avocados are a wonderful treat. they’re high in fats (for a plant) so they should be eaten in moderation. but they help me satisfy cravings for fats sometimes while still keeping health as a focus.

instead of using butter, try switching to olive oil where possible.

my advice to you if you want to be healthier and lose weight? even though you’re picky… i would go thru the produce section and one by one try different fruits and vegetables. if you haven’t tried it before just give it one shot. pick up one of an item and just say, “if i don’t like it, i don’ like it…” but you might end up loving it. most fruits you can eat raw. but you might need cooking instruction on vegetables. allrecipes.com might be of help.

another resource i’ve found helpful is http://caloriecount.about.com/ for food/exercise tips.

best of luck.

Where are your veggies? Try getting some spinach in there and Fruit. Berries. Go on line and read some health recipes. Eggs are ok made with olive oil instead of butter. Try eating wheat and whole gain bread in stead of White bread. Instead of maple syrup try making your own syrup with berries and honey or splenda. Use portion control. Stay away from fried foods. Pizza is ok once in awhile one piece. Change whole milk to Skim milk or non fat. Most important you have to include Fruits and Veggies in your diet to balance your meals. There are good tasting veggies out there. Try different ones until you find what u like. Stay away from soda. Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day. Water will make you feel full. A good bowl of Salad made with lettuce, tomato and celery and carrots some apple with a plain dressing of olive oil and apple cider vinegar will help before meals.
Good luck.Hope this helps you.

You should definitely eat more veggies like the other people on here are saying but you can find healthy alternatives to the foods you already like such as veggie dogs instead of corn dogs, grilled cheese with wheat bread, mac and cheese with wheat pasta(Annies’ makes a good one) Ok and I’m really addicted to pizza but there are a lot of ways to make it healthier like making it from scratch and using wheat crust. I like to use pita bread with low fat tomato sauce and soy cheese. I used to be picky like you but then I just forced myself to eat vegetables(find a salad dressing that you like) and now I crave them. You might want to invest in a book like Eat this Not That.
Good Luck

If you want to eat healthier, you need to eat fruits and vegetables (among other things, of course, but those two are the ones people have the most trouble with.) Being picky isn’t an excuse, because that can be changed. Just gradually add new healthy foods to your diet, and weed out the junk. You won’t like everything you try, but automatically deciding you dislike things you haven’t ever tasted will get you nowhere.

(One idea, though, is to make fruit smoothies with some leafy greens like spinach added. You can’t even taste the spinach, just the fruit.)

Um you’re going to have to cut out or back on all the foods you do like except scrambled eggs… when you make these scrambled eggs you should use olive oil & omega-3 enriched eggs… and don’t add cheese or milk to the mix!

Hm other foods you might like… that’s a hard one since you seem very very picky BUT pureed pumpkin & roasted butternut squash might be something you’d like because they’re both sweet and really delicious! I eat them both with cinnamon & stevia (a healthy sweetener)…

Good luck! I am glad you’re looking for healthier options!
