Most nuts and beans.
Bread is another, basically all wheats like pasta.
almonds are very good for you–in moderation. they do contain alot of fat, although alot of it is good fats. they also contain alot of calories if you dont pay attention to how much your eating.
salmon is high in calories and fats, but is extremely healthy because of the monosaturated fats and the omega 3 fatty acids.
olive oil is also good.

I think you have a misconception of fattening healthy foods. The term i believe your looking for is unsaturated fats. unsaturated fats are good fats that give you energy but don’t have all the negative consequences of saturated fat or trans fat. Your answer is very easy just do a google search for unsaturated fats. Keep in mind that you must have a healthy combination of the both.
Potatoes! Whole wheat bread and pasta also
If you do not mind, I find fattening and healthy to be more like an oxymoron statement. There are a number of ways to gain weight though not necessarily muscles.If your intent is to fill-out flat spots and make round areas more curvy you may consider changing your life style. Eat foods high in fiber Proteins, carbohydrates ( pasta bread ) why would you want to do that? Of course I don’t know what you look like but as a general rule. eat four meals a day exercise. It is bad advise to help someone become fat. You may not appreciate your body as it is but that is your first mistake. Your body is not you. It is the vehicle that you occupy to exist in the place and time. Having said that you have to love yourself as is no if ands or butts. Our most precious gift is our body.
To make you disrespect it and make it fat is sacreligious I can help set a program for you but I would need some information. It may very well be you need nothing but wanting to look good. Nothing wrong with that but you should look at your wants and your needs. it is like this if you are to build a house will you bid it on sand, rock. mud or clay. If you say all four then all will require to have 4 sets of drawings.showing the soil. Well getting fat requires all affected areas slightly different road maps to get to the size destination just like the houses would require for rock, nud, clay steel
I have to see what you look like to help you get to where you ant to be. Generally I would say eat and exercise as long as your out put is less than you intake you will gain size and wieight.
