People call my kid scrawny- though he cooking really well! He only runs it all off I suppose. What can I feed him with the tall fat content, with low sodium (healthy greatfully no junk food) which will fatten him up?

Try whole milk products: Yogurt, cheese, butter on his bread etc..
But mostly relax about peoples comments, there are times in child development during which children look scrawny and then times during which they fill in some more. As long your pediatrician isn’t worried and he eats well, you shouldn’t need to worry either.
Beef, peanut butter, eggs, whole milk. I don’t see a 2 year old eating more than he wants to though just b/c mom wants to fatten him up. Further more, who cares if people call him scrawny? He’s 2! He is eating right and just burning it off. Maybe he has a high metabolism.
have you asked his doctor if he needs to gain weight? i was tested for anemia every time i went to the doctor because they always thought i was under weight- but i never was. my son is a very slinder little boy himself, but is right on target of where he needs to be. Is your child tall for his age? this could make him seem ’scrawny’
id say check with the doctor before you try and add pounds! this is one problem most americans DONT have!
Avocado when it’s ripe, it’s soft as butter.
Bananas
maybe rice and milk produces.
Try Benicalorie (Nestle). You can do more research from Nestle website. It is a high-calorie powder full of complete nutrients. You can add it with lots of food without changing the food taste.
