I am 17, the model, as good as now vital in South Korea for work. I have difficulty gripping my hip measurements down as good as need help!! Currently I’m you do the gluten giveaway diet. I’m eating lots of eggs, potatoes, nuts, fruits as good as veggies. I’m usually celebration water. I float the bike each day during the gym for an hour, as good as upon the weekends do the twenty-five notation run as good as an hour + on foot the day. Any some-more suggestions?! I unequivocally need to get the inches off, as good as weight down ![]()

I may be no expert, but there’s a million variabilities on all of the ”diets”, you just have to find the right one for you. I know some that’s been gettin’ into shape from eating only bananas, a only popcorn diet also.
But keep eating regulary and have healthy exercise, i don’t see a reason why you wouldn’t loose weight, just be careful not to lose to much, ’cause if you get sick – you need something to burn in store
