WHAT ARE SOME HEALTHY FOODS LOW IN CALORIES?

what have been the little dishes which i can put together in dishes which have been healthy, low in fat as well as calories? I meant breakfast lunch the dinner. Also, any recipes we have for in progress them would be good too. Things similar to chicken, as well as turkey or even beef. And veggies of march as well as fruits. Dairy, as well as breads, as well as sides to go with the dinner. Thanks so much!

Hey Beah

The key to eating healthy is to eat a variety of things in moderation and if you want to lose weight combine it with exercise.

First-start walking-go slow at first, maybe just a quarter mile and slowly build up your distance and speed-that’s called “power walking”. As you build, slowly start alternating your arms back and forth. This builds your metabolism and your body will react to it. You gotta do it every day, but it will get results-you can do it when you want with no gym membership fees.

Second-get on a calorie management program-there’s lots of them out there and they all will work if you stick to them. There’s a couple of links below for ones that I used and I was pretty happy with them Yeah, you gotta pay for them but they’re not expensive either-but follow the program.

Once you see even some small results (and you will) your mind will say “Hey-I really can do this!”,
and you’ll self motivate…good luck!
