WHERE CAN I FIND A GOOD SOURCE FOR HEALTHY FOODS?

Like low fat stuff, not unequivocally for losing the lot of weight though some-more so for the full of health aspect of it……for cholesterol as well as stuff. And may be the cookbook for full of health dishes which normal people can cook, not the cook lol

There are dozens, if not thousands, of healthy cooking books; go to the local bookstore, head to the sale section, pick up a few, and read through them. I have a small library of cooking books, some of them only have 1-2 recipes I like, others, like the South Beach Diet books, have lots of easy recipes made with healthy ingredients.

Even if you’re not on a diet, South Beach and the Mediterranean diet have guy-friendly (as in normal-looking foods, as my husband puts it) recipes, and a lot of the meals can be prepared in one dish or on the barbeque. If you have european roots (italian, spanish, french, etc), some of the dishes will seem familiar.
