WHAT ARE SOME GOOD AND HEALTHY FOODS?

My father thinks which i eat diseased even yet im ideally skinny, though i have to determine which i have grown a little bad eating habits. What have been a little full of health dishes which have been essentially good?

The good and healthy foods are the one you eat rarely. :)

What I really mean is that most foods are good and healthy if ate in moderation. If you have been eating meat 90% of the time, then eating more grains and vegetables are good for you. If you have been only eating grains, then meat and vegetables are good for you.

If you think about it, we can consume meats, fishes, vegetables, grains … This is actually unusual. If you feed a lion only vegetables, it will eventually get sick, and if you feed a horse only meat, it will also suffer. Yet, we human are developed in such a way that we can eat many kinds of foods, but at the same time we need everything a bit for long term benefits.

Because most modern human consume a lot of meat, the healthy diet for us is to cut down meat and eat more fishes, vegetables and fruits.

Good foods are fruits and vegetables, preferably fresh. Drinking water is also healthy. Also, eating a handful of nuts a day, like almonds or walnuts is a good snack. Fish and chicken for meats is healthy. A good cereal like Cheerios or wheat flakes is good.

Ok so now you have your list of healthy foods but for the question, “that are actually good” is hard to answer because I don’t know what your tastes are. I can give you all kinds of ideas of how to use healthy foods, for example, cauliflower salad that tastes like potato salad. Mixing cut up fresh fruit in vanilla yogurt is good. Eating a piece of whole wheat toast with a tablespoon of natural peanut or almond butter is good. A bowl of cold cereal with fresh fruit like raspberries or blueberries and some nuts like sliced almonds of walnuts in it are good. This is a start. Hope it helps and you find you like to eat healthy.
