WHAT ARE SOME GOOD HEALTHY FOODS I CAN MAKE IN BULK AND MICROWAVE AT WORK FOR LUNCH?

I can’t means alot of food so I wanna know what full of health (if possible) food I can buy as well as have vast apportion for cheap. It has to be microwavable or served cold.
Just not genuine bad for me, doesn’t have to be full of health per say. I only eat alot of pasta as well as pizza so I wanna get something the lil better.

Don’t know what you define as healthy or cheap, but I typically make large batches of chili or pasta to take with me to work. The chili is pretty cheap considering the servings I get from it: Kidney beans, black beans, whole kernel sweet corn, brown rice, large jar (24 oz?) salsa… I typically use two cans/cups of each. The pasta is cheap too, and I either add sauce or saute it the night before with a bit of butter and onion. Soup is also relatively cheap and can be made in bulk to take to work. I use two cartons of broth, two packages of soup veggies, one cup corn, one cup broccoli, half pound ring-shaped pasta (look like Spaghetti O’s).

Best of luck!

Don’t forget that if you do make dinners at home, you can always make an extra serving or two. Almost anything can be frozen and microwaved at work later. That way you would have a lot of variety.
