CAN 30 MINUTES OF EXCERCISE HELP MAINTAIN A HEALTHY WEIGHT?

I’m starting to begin receiving risperdol that causes weight gain. I have gym category bland as well as you often fool around volleyball where everybody sweats to death
I additionally take my dog for hour prolonged walks after school
What else can I do to say the full of health weight?

eat fruits and vegetables instead of high fat snacks like chips and cookies. Exercize everyday is good, but don’t push yourself too hard.

healthy diet is a big factor too,
But it sounds like you do a lot of exercise, also make sure you consume enough calories to exercise.

30 minutes is not enough. Unless you are talking about every day, and it also depends on what type and how vigorous the exercise. 30 minutes of vigorous running or something *every day* is fine, but if it’s not every day, and if it’s that, like, fake gym class crap exercise then no, its not nearly enough.
