eat fruits and vegetables instead of high fat snacks like chips and cookies. Exercize everyday is good, but don’t push yourself too hard.
sounds like your an active person keep it up should work
healthy diet is a big factor too,
But it sounds like you do a lot of exercise, also make sure you consume enough calories to exercise.
30 minutes is not enough. Unless you are talking about every day, and it also depends on what type and how vigorous the exercise. 30 minutes of vigorous running or something *every day* is fine, but if it’s not every day, and if it’s that, like, fake gym class crap exercise then no, its not nearly enough.
