WHAT ARE SOME HEALTHY FOODS THAT STILL TASTE GOOD?

I’m not perplexing to diet as well as remove weight though some-more so only perplexing to get full of health as well as fit. I eat the ton of junk food as well as I’m perplexing to reinstate which with full of health though still juicy substitutes. Any suggestions?

fruits and vegetables
-green tea
-whole wheat bread
-whole wheat pasta
-whole wheat pizza crust
-melba toast
-nuts
-lentils
beans
-yogurt
-cheese
-skim milk with bran cereal.

apples and blueberrys are great there full of antioxidants that clear your system of bad foods, andd apples are basically 0 calories because of how theyboost your metabolism, other good foodsare foods with fiber, fiber keeps you full for a longer time and can sometimes taste good for example choclate fiber one bars

You can try some healthy foods such as fruits, vegetables, beans, nuts, tofu, cheese, cereal, yogurt, honey, and tea
