I AM SEVERELY OVER WEIGHT AND IM 11 WHAT ARE SOME EXERCISES AND HEALTHY FOODS I CAN EAT?

Well i am 6′1 as well as i import 270lbs i am exceedingly over weight as well as i know which i need a little exercises as well as full of health dishes as well as may be someone to e-mail each so often. Please assistance me i would similar to to looses a little weight prior to propagandize starts in 43 days. 10 points for most appropriate answer.

Steamed Veggies are amazing but do not put
salt and butter on them, just put different seasonings
on them. Try cutting portion sizes too. Look around
on the internet for suggestions on portion sizes
and tasty recipes!

Do Pilate’s And Yoga together. than buy a jumping rope and then skip for an hour. eat smaller portions for your food. so you can mix steamed veggies and rice together. lets say you eat 2 plates of it. cut it down to one plate. eat more protein like lentils, beans, chicken breast, turkey etc. eat a lot of fruits but the most healthy ones for losing weight are blueberries. they help A LOT (: I’m also trying to lose weight too. except i’m 12 5 2′ and i weigh 152 lbs. i lost 8 poundss in 2 weeks :P oh i forgottt. drink 8 to ten glasses of water EVERY SINGLE DAY (: you have to because its important. it helps flush the fat too. uhm if you want water after yu eat , drink it half an hour AFTER you eat. if you want to drink it before you eat. drink it half an hour BEFORE you eat. hopee thiss helpss. and sleep early and wake up early. if yu ever feel hungry in between meals grab a handful of nuts almondss or even chew on a piece of sugar free gum. i chew on stride gum. it only has 4 calories and yu can burn those just by typing on the computer. lol
Be more active and burn more calories than you consume.
1 lb= 3500 calories. try to consume just 2000 calories in the day.
you have to run 5km in order to burn 3500 calories so consume less calories so you dont have to run 5km. skipping for an hour is great!

You are tall for an 11 year old, I’m 13 5′9″ And I’m tall for my age!
