I am perplexing to eat some-more full of health so i was wondering if any one knew of any tasty fruits, veggies or snacks which have been indeed great for you. Usually i only have the simple fruits as well as veggies though i was wondering of there have been a little some-more outlandish or odd dishes out there i competence like.

Well all fruit and vegetables are good for you. And exotic fruits ….emmm, try papyas or mangos
For the vegetable category, I would suggest eating Brussels Sprouts. They taste great – you should eat them. And for fruit. maybe eat Clementine oranges. They are very easy to peel and small. Hope this helped.
Ooooh, I love nectarines, celery is good (try it with peanut butter!), cucumbers (some people like them with salt), broccoli (try it with cheese if you dislike it), apples (if you’re not a fan try it with low fat caramel dip), yogurt is always good, try it frozen!
for fruit you can try figs, mango, avocado, papaya, melons (honeydew is my favourite), pineapple, pears, cherries, all kinds of berries (black berries raspberries strawberries, fresh or frozen), peaches, nectarines, apricots…
for veggies try cucumbers, peppers, cherry tomatoes (I know they are fruits but whatever) broccoli, cauliflower, peas: eat them raw right our of the pods…yummy!, carrots, celery, etc…If you are not that big of a veggies eater then dip them into low fat ceasar or ranch dressing and they will taste much, much better!
