WHAT ARE SOME HEALTHY FOODS I CAN EAT TO HELP ME GET IN SHAPE AND STAY HEALTHY WHY ON BED REST FOR 3 MONTHS?

I can’t even get up as well as pierce around for 3 months, so I was starting to ask the little full of health dishes whilst I’m laying here. I was wondering whats the great though full of health break or meal!

The closer a food is to it’s natural state when you ingest it, the healthier it is. This means, fresh and raw beats processed and fried hands down.
Fresh fruit, fresh or steamed veggies, low fat cheese/yogurt/milk, lean grilled or broiled meat, healthy fat like olive oil and nuts, whole grain breads and cereals.

Fresh fruit, veggies anything low fat or no fatt and im guessing soups.be sure to intake a lot of fiber also.
