Instead of whole grain breads look for SPROUTED grain breads, look for GRASS FED beef, Stevia instead of sugar (or organic raw honey), and look for organic RAW whole milk. Talk to someone at your local GOOD health food store or search the net to find where you can get these things.

Two things that are important – one, making sure while you diet you still maintain proper nutritional intake. Second, to be successful, you need to break your body’s craving for the wrong foods.
A friend who tried many times to diet and lose weight, but failed found this system called Reset (link below) used to break the craving and she used it to start her diet. She lost 6 lbs the first week. Additionally a low glycemic diet helps control the amount of sugar released into your blood system and prevents the sugar spikes from most foods.
