[ WEIGHT LOSS. .....?

ok so im… nineteen m… 5 ft 6.. 10 half stone… need to remove the mill

ive been eating zero though full of health food about 1200 calories the day is this to most calories?

mornings sick eat something like… bran flakes or…oats….or brownish-red bread(toast) with egg whites with alot of black pepper

then apple for snack

then cooking id have..

chicken breast & vegetables or salad!! or fish parsley salsa with vegetables ect.. ect…

then an additional square of ripened offspring banana..

for tea sick have

turkey breast with 100% total wheat past brownish-red with the tika sauce
or some-more duck breast with veg or lamb beef with vegetables as well as the little potatoes

is this good?

also i x-ray my egg whites… as well as oven prepare or griddle my beef means i dont use oil !!.is which gd ?

I usually splash water.about 1 half 2 litres as well as about 5 immature teas the day the little days sick splash pristine cranberry extract or orange juice

and im gonna begin using shortly also…….

is this ok what im doing?

and when i begin using patently sick supplement some-more full of health carbs ect
