Well, I’m ready to take my diet to the subsequent step, as good as surrogate all my dishes with yogurt, though not the chocolate-y tasty yogurts, though the full of illness kind with ripened offspring inside as good as stuff. Thats probabally not so healthy. Yes yoghurt is a healthy snack/desurt but I dont think substituting all your meals for yoghurt is healthy, mabey just reducing your meal size, but not too much you dont want to be straving your self, just be carefull.
maybe for breakfast! Don’t starve yourself it will only make u crash later. Look in to weight watchers, it’s easy and gives you options!
Yogurt is good option, but you should add to it some fresh fruits…
