Turkey bacon, egg beaters scrambled eggs, a serving of fruit [not juice] and a whole wheat slice of bread/toast with low fat margarine.
Could put a piece of cheese in the eggs for more protein, or add some low fat yogurt instead of the turkey bacon.
I stay away from cold cereal, some brands are better for you than others, so look for the ones with the fiber and the vitamins that are lower in sugar.
There are a bunch of breakfast casserole recipes out there, they have some merit because they taste good and have better nutrition than cold cereal, but most lack the whole wheat factor, and are high in calories. I saw one with sausage and cheese and eggs and hash browns and onions that looked good. And these could be a breeze to fix, put it together the night before, and toss it in the oven to bake while getting ready for the day.

-a grapfruit
-brown sugar
-cinnamon

Cut grapefruit in half. Using grapefruit knife, cut sections and loosen fruit from shell. Sprinkle each half with brown sugar. Sprinkle cinnamon over brown sugar.

Place in baking pan and bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 5 minutes, then broil until top is bubbly. Remove from oven and place in serving bowl.

Cinnamon is actually really good for you. The brown sugar just gives it a sweet taste. And the grapefruit is juicy and sweet with a lot of vitamin C. I LOVE IT. My kids love it too.

Fresh fruit banana, peaches, strawberries, apple- cut up, served with yogurt to dip.
Whole wheat toast, with honey, peanut butter, jam or cheese.
Cottage cheese.
Fruit yogurt with granola mixed in.
Banana wraps: Spread peanut butter and jam on baked tortilla, place banana in middle, and roll up.
