I adore to eat wraps or salads for lunch. But newly i have been removing ill of eating the same hang each singular day. I regularly have the hang with turkey,lettuce, as well as tomatoes. Any ideas upon a little great as well as full of health wraps?

Add some humus to it as a spread! Or try getting some of those flavored wraps like the tomato or spinach ones.
Add some bell pepper, pickles, spinach,try using some smoked cheese, Grilled chicken,ham,roast beef……….

How about a spinach wrap with roasted sliced turkey, low fat cream cheese, fresh sprouts and a few sunflower seeds?
Or sliced chicken, salsa and avocado on a whole wheat wrap?
Make Ahead Lunch Wraps
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups uncooked brown rice
4 cups water
4 (15 ounce) cans black beans
2 (15.5 ounce) cans pinto
beans
1 (10 ounce) can whole kernel corn
1 (10 ounce) can diced
tomatoes and green chiles
16 (10 inch) flour tortillas
1 pound shredded pepperjack
cheese
DIRECTIONS:
1. Combine rice and water in a saucepan, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 35 to 40 minutes, or until tender. Remove from heat, and cool.
2. Place black beans and pinto beans into a colander or strainer, and rinse. Add corn and diced tomatoes with green chilies, and toss to mix. Transfer to a large bowl, and mix in rice and cheese.
3. Divide the mixture evenly among the tortillas, and roll up. Wrap individually in plastic wrap, place into a large freezer bag, and freeze. Reheat as needed in the microwave for lunch or snacks.

Cajun Chicken Wrap
This Recipe Serves 4.
Ingredients:
4 small chicken breasts, sliced into strips
1 tablespoon Cajun spice
2 teaspoons olive oil
4 large flour tortillas
1/2 cup tzatikki dip
1 medium zuccini, grated
1 large carrot, grated
Method:
Place chicken strips, Cajun spice and oil in a bowl, cover and set aside for 10 minutes.
Heat a large non-stick fry pan over a medium-high heat.
Place the chicken strips in the pan and cook, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes or until brown and cooked through. Transfer to a bowl and keep warm.
Top each tortilla with Tzatziki dip, carrot, zuccini and grated carrot.
Serve immediately with a green salad of your choice.

Turkey Wraps With Herbed White Bean Spread
15 ounce) can white beans, rinsed and drained (such as navy or cannellini)
3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1 small garlic clove
1 teaspoon fresh thyme leave
1 pinch kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
4 (10-12 inch) flour tortillas
3/4 lb thinly sliced roast turkey breast
1 large tomato, thinly sliced
1/4 medium red onion, thinly sliced
2 ounces shaved parmigiano-reggiano cheese
1 cup arugula or baby spinach leaves
chips (optional)
Directions
1Combine bean, oil, juice, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper in a the bowl of a food processor. Purée until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides, for bean spread. (Can be made ahead. Cover and chill up to 2 days.)
2Spread bean spread on one side of each tortilla, leaving a 1-inch border around edge. Arrange turkey down center of each tortilla; layer with tomato, onion, cheese and arugula. Starting at one end, tightly roll each tortilla and place, seam side down, on a serving plate. Cut crosswise in half and serve with chips, if desired.

Tuna Salsa Wraps
Ingredients
1 (7 ounce) envelope chunk light tuna or albacore tuna
1/4 cup light mayonnaise
1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
1/2 cup salsa
1/4 cup shredded carrot
1 1/2 cups shredded lettuce
3/4 cup mild shredded cheddar cheese
6 soft taco-size low-carb tortillas
Directions
1Warm each tortilla according to package directions: I just wrap them in a paper towel and microwave for 20 seconds.
2In a small bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients in the order given, mixing well to create a “tuna salsa” mix.
3Lay each one of the warmed tortillas on a cutting board. In the center of each tortilla, place an equal portion of the shredded lettuce, tuna mixture and top each with a pinch of shredded cheese.
4Fold the long end of the tortilla over the ingredients, roll tightly and enjoy.
