WHAT IS A GOOD HEALTHY BREAKFAST?

I unequivocally wish to be as full of health as I probable can. Do we know of any great breakfast ideas?

Well eggs might be good or some milk or maby some fruit.

have something from all the food groups
combining them will give you a healthy breakfast
something like a glass of milk, a muffin and an apple

When I want to eat a healthy breakfast I eat 2 whole wheat toast green tea nothing added, and yogurt.

- Fresh fruit and low fat cottage cheese
- 100% Whole Wheat Toast and a portion of Egg Beaters.
- Low fat cottage cheese and half of a plain whole wheat bagel.
- Unsweetened whole bran cereal
- Fat free yogurt with fresh fruit

Those are a few of the things that I consume on a regular basis for breakfast.

A boiled egg, a slice of wheat toast, a piece of fruit and a cup of tea or a glass of orange juice

Make a veggie omelet with egg whites. You can use pam to spray your skillet. Use bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, and sprinkle a little low fat or fat free shredded cheese on it too. This will also keep you full longer too because of the protein. Add a piece of fresh fruit, and skim milk if you like :)

A boiled , poached or scrambled egg,fruit, yogurt, and A lot of people make their own smoothies but using no sugar.Milk is good too.
