exercise: 3 days the week=swimming 100 laps, 3 days the week=running for an hour as well as elliptical for thirty mins.
food: lots of total grains, veggies, gaunt meats, fruits, full of health stuff

you already have an extremely healthy lifestyle, but to help you tone you could start lifting light weights for 20-25 repititions about 3x a week
you will mostly lose fat and gain tons of muscle
