WHAT ARE HEALTHY FOODS AND RECIPE’S FOR TEENS?

I’m fifteen as well as the Wii fit has desirous me to eat some-more full of health foods.
I consider im dependant to caffeine… I’m used to eating junk dishes as well as things since the cupboards have been filled with mixture to desserts. Im starting to go to the store shortly as well as buy a little full of health foods, what should I buy?

I love apples with peanut butter on them, and carrots with ranch for a snack.

Grains, foods low in saturated fat and refined sugars, etc. If you’re trying to switch from junk food, you can try some energy bars as a replacement, but keep in mind that they can be high in fat or sugars. You can always get healthy “junk” food by buying Lean Cuisine or Weight Watchers frozen meals. If you’re looking for a soda alternative, go for some flavored water, especially those with some added nutrients. Keep in mind that some–like VitaminWater and Gatorade–contain a lot of sugar, like soda, so make sure you’re getting ones without sugar.

The USDA provides guidelines for healthy eating through its food pyramid at http://www.mypyramid.gov/

PBnJ < all time favorite.
Grab anything that’s not processed.
Make sure you don’t eat too much white bread. Try cutting caffeine just to see if you’re really addicted. If you cut the junk food, you’ll see that you can actually eat more without gaining fat, have more energy, more focused, and be stronger. By the way you won’t sleep in class as much if eat healthy.
