I am female, 5′9, 135 pounds as well as i have had the complaint with binge eating for the integrate of years now. I dont purge, I only have occasional days where I eat the ton of unequivocally diseased food. I eat full of health the rest of the time as well as afterwards finish up carrying these binges. Yesterday was bad. Here’s what I had today:
a crater of organic greek yogurt with honey
small ripened offspring salad
low fat fibre cheese
nectarine
grilled duck breast with cucumber as well as avocado salad

That is VERY heathy
I wouldn’t consider that binge eating if you eat healthy the rest of the time. In order to control and maintain a good diet you should give yourself treats every once and a while. I would assume that you do not eat enough so when you do have these “binges” its simply because you’ve allowed yourself something out of the normal and abused it. Your a healthy weight for your height just be careful!
Just eat normal and you will be okay.
4000 calories is too much.but your food choices didn,t sound that bad.especially the fruit salad and you having grilled chicken breast.and not frying it.
but u r healthy weight, it should be fine!!! just remember to exercise. I also have 4000 calories everyday. But i also run a 5k or a 10k everyday
