Peel bananas, break them into 4 pieces, put them in ziplock bags, and freeze them…
I prefer frozen blueberries, frozen cherries, rasberries or blackberries.. you can add whatever else you want to.
Start by blending the frozen bananas with some low fat milk and then add everything else.
I also add a low calorie vitamin supplement that tastes like vanilla so it adds a great flavor.
sounds great but the cantaloupe kinda throws me off… i could do without it.. and i would either do frozen yogurt or add ice. oh and one more thing – that will make ALOT of smoothie… if it is just for one person do like 1/4 cup of each of your fruits.
I always make this one! it tastes really nice
It doesnt have 5 fruits though.
I call it the
” Three berry blast ”
.½ cup milk
· ½ plain yogurt
· ½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries, rinsed if fresh
· ½ cup fresh or frozen raspberries, rinsed if fresh
· ½ cup fresh or frozen blackberries, rinsed if fresh
· 1 frozen banana, cut in chunks
Pour milk and yogurt into blender. Add blueberries, raspberries, blackberries and banana. Blend until smooth.
I know a fee ebook about smoothies. Here’s the link :

The book is all about smoothie recipe..
I hope this will help

1/2 medium banana
1/3 c. blueberries
1/3 c. strawberries
1/3 c. blackberries
1/2 c. lowfat milk or soft tofu (I suppose you could use yogurt)
1/2 c. 100% orange juice
(makes 2 smoothies) If it’s too thick, add 1/4 c cool water and blend again. Still too thick? Add another 1/4 c. cool water. (I use a little ice)
Don’t use sweetener. For stronger orange flavor use frozen juice concentrate (will be sweet!) without diluting it.
I think your recipe will be too much for a standard blender and the cantaloupe will get watery and make a slime with the banana. You’d have to drink that really FAST and wouldn’t be able to reserve any! The pineapple could be used (canned with juice and all) instead of the orange juice in my recipe. I think you’ll like it! You’ll only want to blend a few cups at a time (your recipe has 6) unless you have a mammoth food processing blender.
For me, cantaloupe blends well with other melons and with stawberries, but not with banana.
If you’re looking to get 5 servings of fruit in one smoothie, then you’ll have to get a vitamix! (see below) because it will absolutely puree a boot! (Though I don’t recommend eating boots.)
