You need to check out this website:

http://www.weightlossresources.co.uk/recipes/low_fat/healthy_chicken.htm

It is free to use the site and all the low fat recipes are put in different groups so its easy to find what you are looking for. ie: low fat chicken recipes, low fat pasta dishes, low fat soup recipes.

It gives you information on how many calories you actually need to eat to lose weight and lots of good stuff on nutrition so you are getting all the vitamins that you need ect.

I LOVE eating as well :) … and know how hard it can be to get satisfied and work hard to eat well… and lose weight! Keep it up… you have the right idea and a little time invested will pay off… make your food as much as you can… eating out and buying pre packaged food can really sneak in a lot of unwanted calories and fat… also, by cooking your own, there is the entire experience of enjoying the food and what goes into making it yummy! :)

I eat about 3tablespoons of flax/day… not all at once, but in things I have cooked and also just drinking it in juice or smoothies… this helps to satiate my appetite and help me feel fuller for longer, while also making my body happier for longer d/t the fiber and nutrients in flax.

here are a few ideas of recipes using flax… http://www.ellies-whole-grains.com/healthy-recipes.html
you can also experiment… try throwing a little ground flax seed into different things you make… it is a whole grain and can be added to anything you eat … as long as it tastes good!

Also, be sure it is quality flax, there are DEFINITE differences in flax and you want to be sure you aren’t eating rancid flax! :) Good luck with your goals!!! You CAN do it! It will pay off… and your body and future health bills will thank you! :)
