HEALTHY DIABETIC APPLE DESSERT RECIPES?

Does any one have any? I do not unequivocally wish to have apple pie, as well as I have tons of homemade apple butter in the freezer. No oven baked apples possibly since I do not similar to those.

What else can I do with apples? It has to be super low sugar, similar to no some-more than 1/3 c.
I am additionally alergic to nuts.

I am also diabetic, you could use any standard recipe and exchange the sugar for any sweetenerr. (You could always eat a standard apple dessert and inject a little more insulin-depends on you type of diabetes and your insulin regime).
Alternatively some sort of Apple crumble, using Splendor instead of sugar. here is a simple crumble mix to top the apple.

300g/10½oz plain flour, sieved pinch of salt
175g/6oz [unrefined brown sugar] sweetener
200g/7oz unsalted butter, cubed at room temperature
Knob of butter for greasing
