fruit salad with plain lowfat yoghurt.
Probably fruits, nuts and low fat yogurt
5-Minute Fudge
Ingredients:
3 cups chocolate chips, according to preference (such as 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips plus 1 1/2 semi-sweet chocolate chips)
14 ounces fat-free sweetened condensed milk
Dash salt
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract (or peppermint extract for Choco Mint Fudge)
Optional Mix-ins to personalize your fudge, such as:
For Rocky Road Fudge: 1 1/4 cups miniature marshmallows + 1 cup walnut pieces.
For German Chocolate Cake Fudge: 1 cup flaked or shredded coconut + 1 cup pecan pieces.
For Peppermint Stick Fudge: 1 cup crunched-up candy canes.
For Peanut Butter Fudge: 1 cup of peanut butter M&Ms.
Preparation:
Line an 8 x 8-inch or 9 x 9-inch square baking dish with foil.
Add chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and dash salt to an 8-cup microwave-safe glass measure and stir to blend. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir and microwave 1 minute more. Stir until chocolate chips are completely melted and a smooth mixture has formed.
Stir in any mix-ins you’re using to personalize your fudge (including vanilla extract) and spoon into prepared baking dish. Cover and chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until firm. Pull foil out of baking dish so you can easily cut fudge into about 49 squares
(cut 7 columns vertically, then horizontally).
Yield:
49 squares
fruit salad, like with peaches blueberries strawberries pear grapes and pecans with a low-fat yogurt dressing on top.
Take any fruit you like, cook in a small pot with a little bit of water til it is syrupy, then cool. Shave some ice or crush finely, and put in a bowl alternating syrup and ice and then top with fresh fruit.. My fav is mango, its so delish and its better than ice cream I think and the only sugar is the natural sugar from the fruit itself .. Mmm making me want some right now haha.
enjoy hope this was helpful
Cherry Pudding
This is one of those dishes made for canned fruit. Fresh fruit just doesn’t work.
Ingredient
1/2 cup margarine
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 cup milk or water
1 pound can pitted cherries with syrup
1/2 cup sugar
Method
Melt the margarine and place in a baking pan. Mix the flour and 1 cup sugar, baking powder and milk or water together. Pour on top of the melted margarine. DO NOT MIX. Pour the cherries with the syrup over the flour milk mixture. DO NOT MIX. Sprinkle the 1/2 cup sugar over the entire thing and bake in a 350F oven for one hour.
