Breakfast- the play of special k
lunch- cuppa soup (soup in the cup) the low calorie operation as well as full of health snacks similar to ripened offspring or the cereal bar
Dinner- the solid duck breast sandwich with lettuce upon full of health bread
a full of health yogurt for dessert
plus lots of water
and the tiny crater of orange juice
how most weight will i remove you do this as well as how quick?

To much processed foods, you need to stay away from them. Try eating some eggs in the morning or some reg. oatmeal instead. Get rid of the cup of soup and eat a nice healthy chuncky salad instead. Eat a fruit instead of the OJ, its less sugar and less calories. Not sure on how much weight you will lose, everyone is different but if I would have to guess probably about 5 pounds a month, add exercise and you can probably do a lot more.
im not sure it depends on how much fat you have to lose. if you have a lot then you will lose more each day. if you barely have any the benifits will be miniscule
it sounds very low calorie, so you probably will. but there’s more to it. go here : http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm and insert your age, weight, etc. that will tell you how many calories you need to lose weight. then start getting familar with the calorie content of food you usually eat. an website like this: http://www.calorieking.com/ can help you do that. as far as how fast you’ll lose…most people lose quickly at first, then tapper off to 1-2 lbs. a month. good luck!
remember to take a multi-vitamin if you are restricting calories
oh- and you’ll get better results adding some exercise(even a little walking etc.)
You will lose some weight for sure, but adding exercise will help as well. A good diet only gets you half way there. I don’t think you will lose 2-5 pounds a day, but in a month you should see a good bit of weight loss. Not to mention you will feel a lot healthier. Good luck!

but i agree with another answerer. you should eat eggs & a salad sometimes too.
and instead of always having a chicken sandwich you could have something like pasta. with wheat/ whole grain noodles. you should also drink white milk too, along with water.
but i’m not sure how much you’ll lose. every person is different. however, to lose the most weight fast, you should also exercise. it can make you feel more energized and build lean muscle, too.
