Fiber One cereal if you want to loose weight. If you just want low calorie good cereals try Special K or Cherrios. Good luck!
look for low sugar, whole grain cereals. Multigrain cheerios, special K, etc are good cereals and oatmeal is also a great choice(try instant to save time). Its a great idea to cut up fruit such as strawberries, blueberries, or banannas to eat in your cereal. Or oatmeal with flax seed, apples, and cinnamon is also great!
Oatmeal is a healthier, and cheaper, option than cereals for breakfast.
i tried this after reading the review and it reminded me of grape nuts….very healthy, but add fruit on top
