WOULD THIS BE A TASTY, YET HEALTHY BREAKFAST?

So, I was seeking during Panera’s menu, as well as I saw the integrate things I was gonna have myself for breakfast today! I was gonna make

A sandwich, with an egg, the little sausage, as well as the little cheese, upon the little total pellet bread, or wheat bread. Then I was gonna have the bagel, w/ creamcheese.

Do we guys consider which which would be the tasty, nonetheless full of health breakfast?

If we have any recipes, or things we have for breakfast, which we would indicate to me, greatfully do, becuase I similar to to try brand new things! Thank youu!:D

O yea that would be pretty healthy. It depends how old you are. If you are a kid/ preteen/teen/ young adult/ someone under 38 or something then it would be healthy. Because if you were older and had a cholesterol problem the cheese wouldn’t be good. But otherwise it would be healthy. Unless you bought in in the frozen section then it would have a ton of preservatives and crap.

skip the bagel— packed full of white wheat, and the sausage (unless it’s soy or low in fat).

otherwise yes, i would add fruit— and possibly make oat meal. Oat meal is a brilliant healthy breakfast.

Yes it’s a healthy breakfast but high in calories and saturated fat. I nice alternative would be a breakfast that includes multigrain bread, egg whites, part skim milk cheese, turkey sausage, and an apple. The food network is a great resource for healthy recipes!

Perhaps it would;t be the healthiest breakfast, but it will be a good breakfast.
Some of my regular breakfasts are,
A fried egg on a slice of bread. (I find bread sops up the yolks better than toast.
Half a can of spaghetti or Baked Beans on a slice of toast, a couple of times per week
4 Slices of toast, 2 with butter and vegemite, one with just peanut butter, and one with butter and
jam, honey, marmalade or Nutella

I would take away the sausage..Here is a list of healthy breakfast (and tasty!) ideas:

1) scrambled eggs (2), 1oz of shredded mozzarella cheese on whole wheat bagel, cup of juice

2) 3 eggs whites w/ cheese, chopped veggies: onions, tomatoes, parsley, wheat toast w/ jelly jam spread

3) 6oz low fat vanilla yogurt, cup of fresh berries, cup of granola cereal:
first put 1/4 cup of granola cereal, then 3oz yogurt, then 1/2 the fresh berries, then 1/2 cup granola then 3oz yogurt then 1/2 cup fresh berries then 1/4 cup of granola

4) 1 cup of cooked oatmeal add dash of cinnamon and sugar and enjoy!

5) 1 cup of honey nut cheerios, half banana, 3 strawberries, cup of skim milk

6) 1 cup raisin bran crunch, half cup frozen blueberries, cup of skim milk-i’m telling you the frozen berries make it so good!

7) 1 cup of smart start w/ 6oz low fat strawberry yogurt
8) dunkin donuts muffin and homemade fruit smoothie: 6oz low fat vanilla yogurt, cup frozen berries, crushed ice, tsp honey in the blender -and yum!

9) plain bagel w/ cream cheese and lox

10) blueberry pancakes and orange w / light syrup!
