yes
Very good
hell if it works it must be good.
sounds good. Try oatmeal if you get tired of cereal. Pomegranate juice is really good for you too. Maybe try it with lunch or something.
It’s a good diet if it’s working for you. And the food sound pretty good.
Sounds good overall but you’re definately missing out on some protein. Try adding a little more turkey to your sandwich and maybe lean chicken, beef, or shrimp to your pasta. It will rev your metablosim and make sure you’re losing fat instead of muscle.
Also be sure to take a multi vitamin to make sure you’re getting everything you need like calcium and folate.
I think you need some veggies! The pastas and such don’t have enough fiber to keep you uhhh “regular” and moving food out quick keeps it from causing disease in your intestinal tract. I’d say you’re on the right track with the whole wheat products, but definitely add more veggies and fruits (preferably raw) into your diet.
It sounds pretty good, but I’d substitute the mustard and swiss cheese for avocado in my sandwiches. It would give you some healthy fats and cut out the extra sodium from the mustard and unhealthy fat from the cheese, while adding some creaminess. Perhaps you should add skim milk (fat-free) to your diet. It is an excellent low calorie source of protein and calcium. Better yet, you could try adding it to fresh fruit, ice and artificial sweetner and blending it into a healthy and delicious smoothie. Otherwise, it sounds like you are doing well on your diet. Congratulations!
Yes, I eat that way myself. Not for weight loss, but, for health. But, you need to add a little more protein. And fresh vegetables(not canned).
I don’t see Protein or Milk products listed in your diet……
Nice and simple…but incorporate these two also….
Maybe Chicken,Sota ,Tofu,Sprouts,Spinach,Lettuce,Nuts(god source for protein),Milk(Try skimmed),Curd,Yogurt…….
and then you’re on a roll…..make sure u eat regularly….5-6 small meals a day, at regular intervals…but keep a track of what u eat…
