Sounds good. I reccomend you try and have some fibre in the morning. It keeps you regular since it doesn’t get digested, meaning it goes right through you. It’s also very filling and full with nutrients that are good for your body. Also if your trying to lose weight don’t eat white flour, no white bagels, change it to whole/grain and wheat.

That sounds like a very healthy breakfast.
I’d say eat before exercising because you need the energy to move your muscles, but the other way is fine too.

you should always eat first and then workout,
you have to eat first because your body needs the energy to function in the morning.
in your breakfast, you should try cutting out the turkey,

turkey happens to be very fattening.
other than that, your breakfast looks fine

good work :)

exercise is fine in the morning before you eat, as long as you eat afterwards! and don’t forget to sip water during your workout so you don’t lose too much fluid :)
i’m not sure how big the bagels are exactly? but maybe you only need one? and whole grain is heaps better… white bread is very unhealthy…

but aside from that it is a healthy brekky :)

You might not want to workout RIGHT after you eat, it could make you have an upset stomach, your breakfast was great! You had protein, and dairy, and fiber included, over all it sounds like a good day for you.
