My crony cooking the pot of oatmeal each sunrise for breakfast, it looks similar to the lot of food. He’s utterly overweight so I’m wondering if he should be you do that. He infrequently has something else for dessert afterwards. Is this healthy?

Too many Carbs!!!
An entire pot of oatmeal? That might not be too bad. It just depends on how many servings are in the pot and how much sugar he adds to it. Oat meal is really good for people who are losing weight, but not if you have it with loads of sugar, and especially not if you just have dessert afterwards…. who has dessert after breakfast anyways? That sounds like a habit that would take you quickly to obesity.
haha i have someone that does that too. he eats like 6 packets a day sometimes more. but hes stupid anyways. no its not healthy. way to many carbs. but its a very filling meal. thats prolly why.
