HOW HEALTHY DOES THIS LUNCH SOUND?

I ate the little iceberg salad brew with grilled duck breast pieces cut up upon it, with the little low-fat green thickk cream as well as the couple of fat-free caesar crutons upon it, with the potion of low-fat Silk chocolate soymilk. How full of health does which receptive to advice to have eaten?

Assuming the amount of chicken was reasonable, very healthy–but possibly not enough carbs to hold you all afternoon. Try adding a carb source that’s not too many calories (a lite english muffin?) or having a carb-y snack in the afternoon.

Sound’s good, make sure you’re servings are correct, and try these healthier altneratives for a more balanced lunch:

3-4 Cup’s spinach/ argula or romaine- iceberg salad
3-4oz Grilled chicken breast or salmon, 3-4 slices lunch sandwhich meats, can of white albacore tuna, 1/2 cup extra lean ground beef/ turkey/ soy, 3/4 cup tofu, 1/2 cup baked beans/ beans/ chickpeas or lentil’s or 2 egg’s, etc ..
1/2 Cup 1% cottage cheese- lowfat ricotta, 1-2oz cheese, 1/3 cup shredded cheese, 1/4 cup light feta- goat, or 1/2 cup plain nonfat greek yoghurt or 1/2 cup lowfat- 1% sour cream.
Wholewheat pita wedge’s or wholegrain roll with 2tsp margerine
250mL Silk soy milk

Hope i’v helped, goodluck!
