THIS LUNCH IS EXTREMELY HEALTHY, RIGHT?

I’m perplexing to eat unequivocally healthy.
All this things is rightly portioned (im great during apportionment control)

Romaine salad with fat giveaway hiss vinaigrette as well as steamed shrimp.
Fuji apple, sliced.

Anything I should supplement to this? Or…any alternative suggestions?

you need some fat in your diet. add a little olive oil or get a light dressing instead of fat free

I’m not a nutritionist or anything, but sounds really, really healthy. Despite sounding healthy, it sounds really good too!

Is the vinaigrette low sodium and low calorie? If it is, then your lunch sounds quite good to me. :)

Fat free is not good!!! Instead go with the fat. I know that sounds wierd, but going with the fat that is in it is better than going with the other junk they put in it to make it fat free. That sounds pretty good, I would try to add nuts. They are healthy for you skin as well as your body.
Hope this helps!

as far as im concerned, there are three types of foods. healthy, NOT-Unhealthly, and not healthy. There are no “extremes”.

Lunch looks fine to me. (making my hunrgy)

Examples of ‘not-unhealthy’ foods are rice cakes, or popcorn, etc. They do little to nothing for you, but also little to nothing against you. They are basically empty calories.

You need a small amount of carbs, preferably wholegrains. Maybe a nice wholegrain bagel or crusty roll?
