IS THIS A HEALTHY SET OF MEALS TO BE EATING EVERYDAY TO HELP ME BECOME HEALTHIER AND LOSE WEIGHT?

breakfast: possibly an apple or eggs

lunch: the grilled duck caesar salad or the sandwich with wheat bread as well as no mayo

dinner: duck with fibre beans or my mother customarily creates cooking which i have to eat as well as they have been regularly healthy-but i would only cut down upon portions
