IS MY HEALTHY LIFESTYLE ON THE RIGHT TRACK?

I only spotless out my cupboard as well as refrigerator as well as paid for all brand new groceries. High essential element wheat low cal bread, partial slick low fat cheese, soy milk, low fat lodge cheese, soy protein powder, eggs, broccoli, cucumbers, baby carrots, fat giveaway gaunt turkey lunch meat, apples, unsweetened healthy applesauce, low sodium v8, wheat triscuits as well as so on…..does which all receptive to advice good? Is there any thing I should supplement or take away? Any tips would be great, thanks!

you need to add a daily multivitamin to your diet but otherwise everything sounds good.

Looks good. But quite processed. Go natural 100 % and you will be healthier still.

I wouldn’t recommend v8 – however, since your food choice is already balanced, yea you can keep it in. Don’t’ forget to drink natural (non-flavored) water – it keeps you hydrated and in the going. If possible, you should exchange the wheat triscuits for spaghetti (great for athletic people) or rice (1 cup = 1 serving).
