IS THIS A GOOD TYPE OF DIET TO CONTINUE?

Breakfast: Peanut butter upon toast, water
Lunch: A turkey sandwich (two slc. bread, turkey, mustard, lettuce, as well as salt as well as pepper), an apple, as well as water.
Snack/Treat: 1 club of Dove Dark Chocolate (about 190 calories..)
For cooking I’m starting to have the single cut of Meat Lovers pizza.. with water.

Now my break will NOT be sweets each day.. some-more similar to nuts, fibre cheese, crackers, or the fruit.. as well as I won’t be eating pizza each night, I’ll have something offset as well as portioned similar to an snack such as beef or fish with lots of veggies as well as the little sort of grain.

I am perplexing to remove weight, so I do not wish to eat some-more than 1,200 calories the day, though I am additionally perplexing to be healthy, as well as soak up many of the food groups. I additionally splash the little sort of fortified splash similar to vitaminWater to have certain I get all of my nutrients, similar to vitamin C, etc.

So should I continue, or regulate it some?

Thanks. :)

Great regimen! Just make sure you drink lots of water. The more water you drink, the more weight you lose. Trust me!!!
Could you please help me:

it’s pretty decent but you should probably have a little dairy – maybe a half-glass or full glass of milk [doesn't have to be full cream - could be skim or low fat or whatever!]
this is because your bones need the calcium to grow stronger properly.
maybe have another serve of fruit/vegetables too [a cup of grapes or a carrot – maybe both or something similar
you do need energy to function properly and to keep your metabolism going. carrots only have 27-30 calories each as well as filling you up. also eating them raw means you’re chewing properly, burning any extra energy you might want to :)

try to vary your meals a little more throughout the week. have turkey sandwiches some days but maybe have ham or chicken or beef so that you don’t get sick of the same things.
your general dinner plan sounds very good by the way :)

overall the food intake sounds pretty good. good luck!
