I’m seeking for any elementary full of health ideas for breakfast which have been easy to have & low in calories/carbs. The complaint is I’m not the breakfast person, I unequivocally be vexed oatmeal, cereal & things similar to ripened offspring or yogurt for breakfast. When the sunrise comes I similar to something with the saltier ambience similar to the bagel or an english muffin though I am perplexing to cut my carbs down to the minimum. I have egg whites alot or total wheat toast though I can’t have which each day. Any ideas?

turkey bacon – low in calories, low carb, high protein, already fully cooked, heat and eat

Try omlettes, low carb cereals, yoghurts and fruit – (melons and cranberries are low carb)
