iffy. at least you’re eating, esp for a 13 year old this is good becasue you are at a growth stage. you need to do exercise for about 30-1hr a day though so you can balance greasy things like hot dogs and chips. they are not very healthy but its okay because if you balance you can maintain the weight and possibly lose some! good luck

Ok first of all stop eating food from the cafeteria, and stop eating frozen microwavable food. Bring your own lunch. Eat a sandwich on whole wheat bread (never eat white bread). This can be a tuna sandwich, PBJ, or ham and cheese (which ever you prefer). Drink a bottle of water (don’t use artificial flavoring), you can buy this from the cafeteria (cold water taste way better than warm water), and eat like 2 granola bars with this. For breakfast every morning I eat toast (on whole wheat bread) with peanut butter on top, egg white (white part of boiled egg w/out center), and a banana. Don’t eat sweets either or candy or chips. After a while you’ll feel like crap after eating these and you won’t want them anymore. Lastly, you need to exercise 5 times a week. You need to run 20 min per day in intervals (fast, slow, fast, etc). I guarantee you will put off weight slowly, but in the healthiest way possible. Good luck to you and NEVER GIVE UP!

*When you skip a meal, you actually gain weight, so I wouldn’t go with that*

Pancakes- they’re filled with dairy and carbs,so if you’re trying to lose weight then I wouldn’t suggest that

*Fridays lunch- drink WATER*
water makes you feel less hungry
