I am the twenty-two year aged really full of health female. I am 5′9″ as well as I import 132.
I eat roughly 100% organic as well as ALWAYS all natural. I do not eat things with any combined perservatives or colorings. My diet consists especially of:
salad, pasta, rice, tuna fish as well as duck salad sandwiches, peanut butter, yogurt, applesauce, uninformed fruits, really full of health cereal, cereal bars, oatmeal, eggs.
I eat really small beef since I am only unknown with how to prepare it as well as opposite ways to have dishes with it. I do eat beef during alternative people’s houses or when I go to my relatives for the weekends so I am not the vegetarian.
I try to go to the gym or do the work out dvd any night. If I skip the night I lend towards to feel annoyed, fat, as well as lazy.
I demeanour during myself in the counterpart any night prior to bed to see if I see changes in my physique (good or bad). Sometimes I will even do additional lay ups or crunches right prior to I get in to bed even if I have already been to the gym or finished the workout.
I consider about my weight as well as physique the lot as well as have the outrageous fright of removing fat.
I keep the diary any day of what I eat to have certain i’m not eating crap.
Am I overly suspicious as well as being unhealthy?
IS IT UNHEALTHY TO BE THIS PREOCCUPIED WITH WORKING OUT, EATING HEALTHY, AND WEIGHT?

There is nothing wrong with eating well and exercising sometimes when you become engulfed in your diet it is a bit unhealthy.
Physically you seem to be doing very well in terms of health. Mentally, I’d say you are being a bit obsessive compulsive. You are being very paranoid. Keep up your exercise and good diet but maybe try and stop obsessing so much. You cannot suddenly become fat unless your diet and workout schedule changes. In other words, try and chill out.

and there never hurts, just as long as you continue your diet
A lot of people think just because women can vote and hold office means they are free. The truth is you are far from it, while some women attain power the rest are being told by the media they have to look a certain way and a little lesbianism isn’t bad. If you thought for yourself you wouldn’t pay attention to their ads and you will seek help internally. During your formative years you are being offered only false positives along with your education.
The media affects just us but our friends and the people around us are being subconsciously undermined to be a certain way. It’s great to be healthy and truly from what you have typed God would be happy if he/she were to inhabit your body. You are a model human being and a credit to your race.
Too much of anything is always bad and if you feel you are working out too much that means that you need to exercise your mental and spiritual self as well. This doesn’t mean going to school and church, it means take a break and read. Meditate and you will improve the world around you. Then you will find a happy balance (with your diet and discipline you will not become fat and lazy). Trust yourself as you relax your body and free your mind.
Remember: You can stop any mental illness in its tracks with self introspection(meditation). The power of meditation is immense but must in the end will be cool balanced out with the rest of your life.

What you really need to ask yourself is “Is this interfering with my life in a negative way?”. What I mean by that is are your relationships suffering, are you slacking off in school or work, are you unable to find happiness, are the things you love to do no longer fun because of your preoccupation? If the answer to these questions is no, then don’t worry about it. We all have a focus in our lives of some kind, whether it be religion, sports, work, school, or our physical appearance =). It’s not wrong to feel bad if you miss a workout- what you are feeling is slightly similar to how most people live their lives everyday without exercise. You are just used to feeling good about yourself, nothing wrong with that. Personally I am not a fan of organics and natural products, but if that is what you believe then no one should tell you that it is obsessive except yourself. Looking into the mirror at night is normal too. If it is not interfering with your life then by all means please continue to live the way that you want to live.
On the other hand, if your dedication to a healthy lifestyle is causing you to lose friends, pull away from your family, perform poorly at work or school, and cause you general unhappiness, then yes you need to focus on changing your ideas. You’ve already done the most important part though, and that is asking yourself if you have a problem. The worst cases of anorexia and non-purging bulemia happen because a person fails to see that they have a problem. It’s important to be self-monitoring and to ask yourself if your habits are causing more harm than good.
I went through a stage similar to you where I was so obsessed with staying in shape that I would refuse to eat breakfast or lunch, I would exercise to the point of collapse, I looked in the mirror and hated myself. Through educating myself and maintaining healthy relationships with my family and friends, though, I was able to overcome it and I am now both healthier and happier than I was back then.
Ask yourself why you want to be so healthy and make sure you are doing it for the right reasons. Theres a fine line between healthy and crazy =).
