I’ve been recommended to eat TOTAL and I like it.

I really like Kashi GoLean Honey almond crunch. It’s high in protein and fiber, which help keep you full until lunch, and it has good fats from almonds and flaxseeds. And, since there’s some honey in it, it’s tasty.

The best way to do this is to look at the nutrition label and compare the carbohydrates, both the total and how much of that total is sugar. You should pick the cereal that has the lowest percentage of sugars to the rest of the carbs, and the lowest amount of total carbs. After that, it’s a matter of personal taste. But oatmeal is always a good choice, and you can add your own flavorings, like cinnamon or fresh fruit.

Try Quacker weight control instant oatmeal & grams of protein , 6 grams of fiber and only 160 calories. Its very filling and tastes great.

I absolutely love the Kashi line. They are great and good for you! I don’t even need the milk!

Malt O Meal makes a great spin off called Balance which is similar to Honey Bunches of Oats but I like it better than HBO>

Two good choices for breakfast cereals are that are tasty and high fibre are grits and oatmeal. Both are simple to make and more importantly, they don’t have add the added sugar, high fructose corn syrup, etc. that so many other cereals have. To jazz up grits, I usually add some oven roasted asparagus or kale for a morning dose of green vegetables. With oatmeal, I like to add fruit, like peaches or bananas and sweeten things up with a little agave nectar.

the best cereals in my opinion are Kashi – they have lots of fiber are low in carbs and have protein as well.
