Breakfast: low fat yogurt with granola as well as 10 blueberrys with the crater of tea as well as 1 teaspoon of sugar
Lunch: 1 cut of gaunt beef ,1 cut of cheese, with dual lettuce leaves upon 2 slices of sara lee total wheat bread, with the little sort of ripened offspring similar to an apple or grapes or the banana with water
Dinner: What ever you have for cooking with the salad which includes churned veggies
IS THIS A HEALTHY MEAL PLAN FOR A LONG DAY?

yes, that seems like a balanced way to eat for the day though I don´t know what you´ll have for dinner but if its some chicken, turkey or fish or pasta with the salad and mixed veggies, that will be a good combination too. Enjoy.
Sounds good to me. You could always add a boiled egg with breakfast if you find your sugar lagging by lunchtime.

BUT be more specific on the dinner. is it deep fried twinkies?
ill assume its something healthy =)
throw in a healthy snack between breakfast and lunch, and another healthy snack between lunch and dinner, and you are good to go.

Yes!! that is a great meal plan! keep up the good work and your gonna be fit all summer long!!!! you are getting all the nutrients you need! But always remember that eating healthy doesn’t just mean eating fruits and veggies, but foods from all the food groups, and appropriate amounts!
