Good question.
1) Stick to oatmeal. It has very little (if not any) fat, with lots of fibre and energy. You won’t feel guilty having extra bowls because of it’s low carb/calorie rate.
2) Egg whites. Once in a while you can include the yellow for it’s protein. Instead of toast, roll it in whole wheat pita. Or if you’re used to eating eggs without bread that’s fine too.
3) Cereal. If you’re using skimmed milk and low fat/high fibre cereal then that’s okay.
(Ofcourse one of these foods per breakfast!)
4) Coffee to speed up your metabolism (don’t do diet pills) and lots of orange juice (with the pulp, it’s benifits are endless)
Good luck!
*This all really depends on your body type and weight. Make sure you’re not depriving yourself of the nutrients you need to go about your day*
Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper .
As itz d most important meal of d day. Take a fruit shake, chilled milk or cold coffee with loads of fruits.Dey’ll help u do well throughout d day.
Can also try sprouts or cereals in the morn.
Usually you should eat oatmeal with fruit and Orange juice/or milk. I have that every morning and it helps with weight loss.
If you don’t like oatmeal, scrambled eggs are also good for weight loss since they help with keeping you full.
It seems that that you are targeting to lose weight, then you need to eat the right metabolism burning foods especially in your breakfast. You can’t be eating the same food every morning as this will bore you and most probably you’re not going to stick to a healthy breakfast. You can start by having a meal plan.

you should drink fruit juice and eat oatmeal.
a veggie omelet using egg whites.
i usually use tomatoes, bell pepper, onion, and celery.
a breakfast like that is under 100 calories so you could have a piece of toast and/or OJ too.
Step 1:The first step to losing weight fast is to eat a big breakfast. A breakfast will help start your metabolism to burn calories throughout the day. If you think you are going to lose weight my skipping breakfast, you are wrong! Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Try to eat eggs in your breakfast if you can.Step 2:Try to eat a fruit/vegetable before your meals. Step 3:Try a method referred to as “Deep Breathing” for at least 5 – 10 minutes a day. Step 4:Try to reduce the number of calories that you eat in a day. This will be a big step in losing weight. If you sit in front of a computer, you can still burn calories sitting there. Tighten and release your ab muscles throughout the day and you will notice a difference, trust me!
i like to eat:
oatmeal with some kind of fruit and a little milk (peaches, strawberries, blueberries etc.)
some fiber 1 cereal
eggs and fruit
fruit and yogurt
the low fat waffles with no sugar syrup
strawberry oatmeal pancakes with no sugar syrup
i eat scrabled egg whites with spinach & onions for breakfast with an orange or whole wheat toast
I’d stick to fresh fruit or some sort of healthy oat-based cereal.
You may eat ‘healthy’ but are you eating foods that target your body’s fat-producing system? In order to maximize weight loss you need to eat foods that will stop your cholesterol from turning into fat.
So eat plenty of fresh fruit, vegetables and nuts – keep fresh grapes, cherries, walnuts and almonds, or cashews and macadamia nuts on hand as snacks for between meals. Always go for the fruit if you’re really hungry, as although nuts are good at fighting weight gain, they do contain fat, so if you eat a whole bunch at once their good effects will be outweighed (literally) by the bad.
Make yourself salads – leafy veggies are great at removing the weight – use low fat dressing and mix in tomatoes, fruit and nuts – Waldorf Salad is great.
Eat plenty of fish like haddock and Salmon. It’s lean and the fish oils in it reduce your cholesterol, making it virtually impossible not to lose weight, as long as you’re doing some exercise.
If you’re a sandwich kind of person, use oat bread and put plenty of salad greens in with the other stuff. Since you’ve already said you eat healthy, I’m sure you know to avoid cheese.
The above foods really target the body’s fat-producing system, basically preventing cholesterol from turning into fat. If you supplement them with a good daily multivitamin you will maximize your weight loss as you exercise.
Buy fresh fruit and veggies every three or four days and throw out stuff that’s older than that. Old fruit and veggies is always a downer, so shopping every few days ensures it stays extra fresh.
If you’re eating right and doing a bit of exercise, you’ll start dropping those extra pounds really fast. Just remember that muscle weighs more than fat, so it may take a few days to see real results, but if you keep it up, you should be really fit and healthy within a few short weeks. Go for a reasonable weight loss target and don’t give up if you have a setback.
