Hi guys, Im twenty-three as well as 5′10 180lb. I am kind of muscular. I have gained the little weight by college as well as wish to get behind down to 170. I have been receiving diet pills hydroxycut hardcore. I know the not full of health though I usually longed for to see if it would help. ANyways Its been the week as well as the half. I have not mislaid any weight. I run about 2 miles the day afterwards lift weights for 1 1/2 hrs, afterwards twenty mins upon bike. SO the sum of 40 mins cardo the day. I eat healthy, Fruits, veggies as well as gaunt beef similar to duck breast.
Although I contingency contend these diet pills supress my ardour so i usually eat similar to twice the day. Is that bad? Is it healthier to similar to 6 or 7 tiny dishes the day?
How come im not losing weight? ![]()

i think you should be loseing lots of weight………… i thnik you hydroxy cut is whats messing you up dude. god made are bodies to do all this stuff with out pills and stuff.
Do you work out everyday? If you do then you should cut down working out to 5-6 days because your body needs rest. Also stop taking diet pills they’re dangerous. Do the 6-7 small meals a day, stop the diet pills. How long have you been doing this? The weight (occasionally 1,2, or 3 lbs) will be gone in a week.
If what you say is accurate, consider picking up the pace on your cardio. And, cut out those silly diet pills and supplements. Drink at least three quarts of water everyday…or more depending on your sweat pattern. Eat carbs in the morning with proteins, eat fewer carbs at lunch with proteins, eat no or miminal carbs at dinner with lot of proteins. You need carbs at the beginning of your day and less througout the day. This works for me, anyway, but it is different for each person.
Remember it takes at least 21 days for your metabolism to change, so don’t give up if you don’t see results immediately. Plus, 5′10″ and 180 lbs isn’t all that bad. What fitness goals do you have? If you can conduct your daily schedule without tiring out, you’re probably OK. Don’t set weight goals, set fitness goals…like run a certain distance in a certain amount of time. Weight isn’t as important as being able to do what you must do with left over energy reserves. Keep doing what you’re doing, with moderate increased cardio pace, you will be fine.
Give it a bit more time. A week and a half isn’t long enough to see good results. Appetite suppressants are never good. You’d probably do better eating more (your body needs the energy if you’re going to exercise) but over the whole day and just having a bit of will power.
Good Luck
