So..I have Strawberry-Banana Smoothie during home bland or each alternative day. It includes 5 strawberries, 1 banana, about 3 tablespoons of yogurt, 3 teaspoons of sugarine as well as 4 ice cubes.
Is it full of health to splash it everyday..what have been the advantages as well as disadvantages?

That is wonderful. There are no disadvantages to strawberries, bananas and yogurt each day. Your basically indulging in guilt-free sweetness that’s excellent for your health.

Have you tried it without the sugar? I have the same concoction less the yogurt and sugar and its still smooth and sweet. But 3 teaspoons of sugar only equals 45 calories (15/each) so that’s not too bad.
